We initially contacted Liz from a referral from a friend of ours. Having lived in the Animas Valley for many years, we thought living closer to town would be a good change of pace and allow me to have a more efficient way to run my in-home office.

Liz immediately went to work looking for homes that fit our needs. We reviewed them on the computer in her office, narrowed them down and then spent most of a day visiting them will Liz. We found one that was perfect, gave it a couple of days, visited a few more homes and then revisited our favorite. On a Friday afternoon we decided to make the offer and while we ate dinner, Liz wrote up the offer. Over desert we signed the contract, it was presented the next day and within a short period of time we were enjoying our new Rockridge home.
